What you'll do

  • Identify and document high-leverage workflow transformations within Design's daily operations.
  • Partner with designers to envision AI-powered tools that enhance productivity and creativity.
  • Build custom AI tools, agents, and automations tailored to specific design workflows.
  • Enable designers to independently build and iterate on their own AI tools over time.
  • Recognize patterns in design workflows to systematically scale successful tool implementations.
  • Document all built tools and transformation patterns for team-wide use and adoption.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in design thinking, product design, user experience, or program management with a focus on partnering with design teams.
  • Proven hands-on experience building AI-powered tools and workflows that have transformed real work processes for designers or similar creative teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and enable others, showing evidence of significant impact on how people work.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in product development with a focus on transforming standalone AI experiments into production-ready products.
  • Comfort working across multiple simultaneous projects and relationships.
