Deployment Engineer

What you'll do

• Perform hardware installation, integration, cabling, and physical hardware swaps.
• Troubleshoot break-fix incidents to restore mission system services quickly.
• Manage support tickets and service requests from initial report through closure.
• Validate equipment functionality and document all support actions taken.
• Coordinate with systems, network, automation, and logistics teams during deployments.
• Maintain tools, spare parts, and overall support readiness.
• Provide direct customer-facing technical support in operational settings.

What we're looking for

• 12+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in field engineering, integration support, break-fix, deployment, or technical support roles.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills across hardware and infrastructure components.
• Experience with ticket-based workflows and service response expectations.
• Ability to work onsite and support physically active technical tasks, including lifting 50 lbs.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Active TS/SCI and ability to maintain access as required by the program.
• Experience in data center, lab, or secure facility support environments (preferred).
