Deployment Engineer

What you'll do

• Serve as the on-site lead to deliver radar and integrated sensor capabilities to military and DHS customers.
• Lead a small engineering team through site standups from initial integration to operational acceptance.
• Monitor radar system performance, connectivity, mesh network integration, and sensor fusion at distributed sites.
• Gather and prioritize user feedback regarding detection performance, tracking accuracy, and system errors during fielding.
• Provide technical input to engineering teams on radar features, detection algorithms, and UI/UX improvements.
• Coordinate with other units to increase the deployment and installation of radar systems across military and critical infrastructure sites.
• Develop a streamlined system for tracking user feedback, operator training, and exercise preparation.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
• Must have 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Must be willing to travel 50% to 75% of the time.
• Familiarity and experience working with materiel leadership or mission partners within specific defense organizations (preferred).
• Basic understanding of radar fundamentals, sensor fusion concepts, or air defense operations (preferred).
• Experience working in small, cross-functional teams, solving complex problems, and working in high-stress environments (preferred).
• Ability to communicate efficiently and succinctly with internal teams and external stakeholders (preferred).
