What you'll do

  • Lead platform planning for OCI Compute, Storage, and Networking racks globally.
  • Derive and maintain a consolidated consensus demand plan aligned with business objectives.
  • Define inventory buffer strategies to balance supply continuity and deployment readiness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities between Product Development, Engineering, Supply Chain teams.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics for demand planning and monitor performance.
  • Drive requirements for ERP/MRP system enhancements to improve forecasting accuracy.

What we're looking for

  • Over 8 years of experience in supply chain demand planning or capacity planning in cloud, hyperscale, semiconductor, or high-tech industries.
  • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure including compute servers, networking hardware, storage systems, and AI/GPU platforms.
  • Experience developing demand forecasts, supply plans, and inventory strategies for complex global supply chains.
  • Expertise with ERP/MRP and supply chain planning systems such as Oracle Cloud SCM, SAP, or equivalent platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical skills including forecasting, scenario modeling, and executive reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Demand or Supply Planning, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
