What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of experience in a professional environment.
  • 6+ years of experience designing, developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining databases, software applications, and data workflows.
  • Experience leading technical teams or database and application development efforts.
  • Experience in Python, R, or SQL, including database querying, program troubleshooting, and workflow automation.
  • Experience developing metrics, reporting, or decision-support products, documenting technical work, and training end users.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and Power Apps.
  • Knowledge of Naval Aviation maintenance and supply processes and related data systems.
  • Secret clearance.
