As a Data Scientist - Sr. Associate within the Business Banking Deposit & Cash Management Product Analytics team, you will provide data-driven insights to product managers to impact small business customers. You will act as a consultant to translate business questions into data-driven approaches, owning the end-to-end development of analyses, reports, and diagnostic deep dives. Your daily work involves building frameworks for solutions, running analyses, and summarizing results for non-technical partners to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency. You will utilize advanced SQL for data transformation and validation across on-premises platforms like Teradata and Oracle, as well as cloud-based systems like AWS and Snowflake. Additionally, you will leverage large language models to optimize code while supporting Deposit and Cash Management products like ACH and Remote Check Deposit.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative discipline with a focus on data engineering, data warehousing, computer science, and/or data-driven analytics.
Three years of experience in data science or quant analytics.
Advanced SQL skills including data transformation, discovery, validation, de-duplication, aggregation, edge-case identification, and data structure transformation.
Experience working across multiple database platforms, including on-premises (Teradata, Oracle) and cloud-based (AWS, Snowflake).
Clear communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex issues concisely.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to writing code and documentation.
Experience leveraging large language models to comment, optimize, and debug code for improved development efficiency.
Familiarity with banking products, including Deposit and Cash Management products (preferred).
