Data Scientist Senior--People Analytics & Quantitative Insights

What you'll do

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify analytical opportunities and develop data-driven solutions for strategic decision making.
• Utilize statistical analysis, data modeling, and visualization techniques to quantify relationships between HR metrics and business outcomes.
• Analyze large, complex datasets using tools such as SAS, Python, or R to provide actionable insights.
• Lead the implementation of analytical projects leveraging structured and unstructured data to extract business insights.
• Develop algorithms using advanced mathematical and statistical techniques like machine learning to predict business outcomes.
• Direct the data gathering, processing, and mining of large and complex datasets.
• Lead methodical analytical experiments to identify opportunities for product and process optimization.
• Present business insights to management using visualization technologies and data storytelling.

What we're looking for

• Must have a university or college degree.
• Must have 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Must be able to analyze large, complex datasets using SAS, Python, or R.
• Must be able to develop algorithms using advanced mathematical and statistical techniques like machine learning.
• Must be able to utilize data visualization techniques to design and deliver dashboards.
• Must be able to translate complex results into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical Thinking, Data Analytics, Data Mining, and Data Science (preferred).
• Data Architecture, Disruptive Innovation, and Modeling: Data, Process, Events, Objects, Prototyping (preferred).
