Senior Data Scientist

What you'll do

• Develop and implement machine learning models for document classification, extraction, summarization, and search.
• Manage end-to-end ML workflows from initial data preparation to final deployment and evaluation.
• Process large volumes of structured and unstructured data within production systems and data lake environments.
• Build algorithms using Python, SQL, or NoSQL to turn disparate data points into actionable insights.
• Oversee data science workflows that interact with production systems streaming millions of documents weekly.
• Translate complex data sets into clear information to advise clients on informed decision-making.
• Lead the development of technical systems and guide teammates in executing data science projects.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in applied data science or ML roles using Python, NLP, and LLM implementation.
• 5+ years of experience with data exploration, cleaning, analysis, visualization, or mining.
• Experience with production-level systems, data lake environments, and streaming data including Kafka.
• Experience implementing end-to-end ML workflows from data preparation to deployment and evaluation.
• Ability to design and iterate on ML models for document classification, extraction, summarization, and search.
• Ability to manage data science workflows interacting with production systems processing millions of documents weekly.
• Bachelor's degree.
