What we're looking for

5+ years of experience with applied data science or ML roles, including Python, NLP, or LLM implementation.
5+ years of experience with data exploration, cleaning, analysis, visualization, or mining.
Experience with production-level systems, data lake environments, or streaming data including Kafka.
Experience implementing end-to-end ML workflows from data prep to deployment and evaluation.
Ability to design and iterate on ML models for document classification, extraction, summarization, and search.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Databricks, or distributed tools like Spark and Hadoop (preferred).
Bachelor's degree.
