What you'll do

Implement custom-built and vendor-based AI solutions from prototype through production.
Develop generative AI solutions using large language models and retrieval augmented generation.
Build an agentic framework for service ticket management and intelligent journey orchestration.
Design AI systems for automated program tracking, intelligent classification, and knowledge management.
Integrate advanced AI capabilities and coding tools across the existing suite of products.
Establish and scale AI/ML programs by developing roadmaps and increasing user adoption.
Integrate AI solutions with legacy enterprise systems and orchestration platforms.
Supervise and mentor other AI/ML Data Scientists.

What we're looking for

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience as a data scientist with a proven track record of deploying AI/ML production solutions.
Proficiency in Python data science stack (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL.
Expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning methods, and scientific data analysis.
Experience with generative AI (GenAI) using large language models (LLMs) and retrieval augmented generation (RAG).
Expertise in AI/ML cloud technologies (preferably on AWS, including Bedrock, Lambda, and SageMaker) (preferred).
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance by living in the United States at least three of the last five years.
Ability to supervise and mentor other AI/ML Data Scientists.
