What you'll do

Extract data from MES and SAP systems to develop production metrics for cost and cycle time reductions.
Create and maintain data pipelines and interactive dashboards using Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau.
Build scalable models to optimize product flow while accounting for cost, schedule, and resource constraints.
Analyze lead times, queue times, and throughput to meet customer demand efficiently.
Develop optimized scheduling tools and align SAP/MRP systems with executable production plans.
Lead digital transformation efforts by identifying and implementing appropriate modeling techniques and AI adoption.
Assess the effectiveness of data sources and implement solutions to minimize waste and increase capacity.
Present complex models and analyses to business partners and frontline leadership.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's in a STEM-related field with 2 years of experience or a Master's with 0 years of experience.
Experience with SQL and relational databases.
Experience with Tableau development or similar data application development.
Experience creating interactive dashboards and merging large datasets from multiple sources.
Experience building and presenting different metrics and reports.
Ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance.
Experience with MES, SAP, MRP, or ERP systems (preferred).
US Citizenship.
