Data Scientist

What you'll do

• Conduct design reviews and set coding and modeling standards to ensure analytical rigor and compliance.
• Design and implement scalable analytical methods and tools using diverse datasets and advanced modeling techniques.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, cloud architecture, and ML Ops to embed insights into enterprise initiatives.
• Perform hands-on analytics and prototyping for high-priority initiatives and complex problem-solving scenarios.
• Lead and manage a data science team including hiring, coaching, and performance management of direct reports.
• Own end-to-end delivery of analytics initiatives, including planning, roadmap definition, and risk management.
• Apply machine learning and AI techniques to large datasets to generate predictive and actionable insights.
• Develop scalable data preparation and analytics workflows using Alteryx and SQL.

What we're looking for

• Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field of study.
• 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, Business Analyst, or in a related occupation.
• 5 years of experience in financial analysis, SQL query optimization, Tableau, and Python v3.8 for automation and statistical analysis.
• 5 years of experience in Snowflake, big data analysis of transaction text, and predictive modeling techniques like regression and decision trees.
• Experience with Alteryx for building scalable data preparation and analytics workflows.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and reviewing analysts and data scientists on methodologies and code validation.
• Experience integrating geospatial analytics, designing sampling frameworks, and leading analytical projects with stakeholder management.
• Experience applying machine learning and AI techniques to large datasets to generate predictive insights.
