Data Scientist

What you'll do

• Build and maintain scalable pipelines integrating security telemetry and external data sources for real-time analytics.
• Develop analytic workflows using Python and SQL to enable threat detection and automated triage.
• Create production-ready solutions using Databricks, clean coding practices, and version control systems.
• Partner with AI engineers to define requirements and prioritize datasets for cyber fusion workflows.
• Architect the data foundation to automate the detection, investigation, and remediation of cyber threats.
• Design data pipelines that provide real-time situational awareness and autonomous decision support.

What we're looking for

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Data Science, Engineering, or IT and 3+ years of professional experience in a related field, or 5+ years of experience without a degree.
• 3+ years of experience in data exploration, cleaning, analysis, or data mining with structured and unstructured data.
• 3+ years of experience building data pipelines.
• 3+ years of experience working with SQL, Python, and Apache Spark.
• Experience managing version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience building or operating ETL pipelines including API integration and multi-format data manipulation (JSON, XML, geospatial).
• Experience with analytics and data science techniques like NLP, machine learning algorithms, MLflow, and optimization (preferred); knowledge of agentic workflow principles and the cybersecurity domain (preferred).
