What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, curated datasets, and analytical models using Python and SQL.
  • Build dashboards and visual analytics to monitor supply chain performance, inventory, and manufacturing status.
  • Translate complex business requirements from stakeholders into actionable, governed data solutions.
  • Integrate and analyze structured and unstructured data from enterprise systems like ERP and procurement platforms.
  • Automate recurring reports and manual data preparation tasks to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support the design of scalable data models and architecture within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and lineage for all analytics used in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Communicate technical findings and business insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Master’s degree, or a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Data Scientist experience, or an Associate’s degree and 6 years of experience.
  • Alternatively, a high school diploma or GED with 8 years of Data Scientist experience is acceptable.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or other complex operational environments (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, analytics, and model development (preferred).
  • Strong SQL skills including queries, joins, aggregations, and data transformation (preferred).
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Databricks, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred).
  • Experience with data engineering processes such as ETL/ELT pipelines, modeling, and version control (preferred).
  • Experience developing dashboards in Tableau or Power BI (preferred).
