What you'll do

Build and maintain Army applications by integrating AI-enabled analytics and Army Vantage capabilities into existing workflows.
Perform advanced data mining to aggregate, transform, and analyze large datasets for operational decision support.
Conduct data preprocessing including handling missing values, removing duplicates, and standardizing formats for consistency.
Develop and maintain 365 SharePoint sites, lists, and document libraries in both unclassified and classified environments.
Manage user permissions across SharePoint, Qlik, and Power Apps to ensure secure access.
Maintain template files that capture key data elements across core capability areas.
Refine portfolio definitions, data dictionaries, and glossaries to ensure consistent terminology across Army systems.
Manage a ticketing system to resolve user issues and keep applications mission-ready.

What we're looking for

Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
2+ years of experience with data exploration, cleaning, analysis, visualization, or data mining.
2+ years of experience with statistical or general-purpose programming languages for data analysis.
Experience with Army data platforms, including Vantage.
Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data sources.
Experience developing predictive models, quantitative analyses, or visualization of mission-relevant datasets.
Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, or applying AI-assisted analytics like generative AI or LLMs.
Bachelor’s degree.
