Data Management Intern

What you'll do

• Gather, organize, and categorize data from various sources.
• Ensure data is stored in a structured and accessible manner.
• Clean and prepare raw data by identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies.
• Validate the accuracy and completeness of datasets to ensure high quality.
• Perform regular data entry tasks into databases and systems.
• Maintain and update existing records to ensure they remain current.
• Prepare regular reports for internal teams highlighting trends, insights, or anomalies.
• Ensure data management practices align with organizational policies and compliance standards.

What we're looking for

• Must be a rising junior or senior currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Graduate degree program.
• Major must be in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Machine Learning through coursework and projects is required.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language used in Machine Learning, such as R or Python.
• Must have substantial exposure to relational databases and the use of SQL.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Must demonstrate maturity and a high level of professionalism.
• Must be able to commit to a 40-hour work week for 8-10 weeks during the summer.
