What you'll do

Lead the full lifecycle of data solutions from initial analysis and design to deployment and production support.
Design and implement complex technical solutions for data engineering and analytic systems using emerging technologies.
Build and optimize data pipelines for data transformation, modeling, schemas, metadata, and workload management.
Break down business features into technical stories and present solution prototypes to leadership.
Extract data from internal and external applications into the corporate Data Platform.
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high quality and compliance with company standards.
Perform root cause analysis and implement efficient defect management and resolution processes.
Identify and monitor risks associated with business activities in accordance with compliance policies.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
6 years of data engineering, data analysis, or software development experience implementing data solutions.
At least 2 years of experience in data engineering or data management.
Proven experience delivering end-to-end data solutions, including building and optimizing pipelines across cloud environments.
Experience curating and modeling data for data marts, data lakes, and operational analytic applications.
Strong understanding of agile principles and ability to apply them.
Extensive knowledge and experience in SQL and Relational Databases.
Proficient in working with Cloud technologies and tools.
Snowflake dbt SQL Kafka APIs Python Data Modeling Fivetran Git/version control (preferred).
