What you'll do

Design and implement dimensional modeling, database designs, and cloud data platform structures using Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
Develop scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to integrate data from disparate sources into existing models.
Build and deploy AI/ML models integrated into data pipelines to drive business insights and predictive analytics.
Automate the deployment of data infrastructure and pipelines using AWS DevOps, CI/CD practices, and Terraform.
Implement data governance, lineage tracking, and monitoring frameworks to ensure high data quality and integrity.
Optimize query performance and manage automated data infrastructure to streamline site-wide tracking and reporting.
Mentor and manage engineers and analysts while translating technical requirements into actionable business solutions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college or university.
3+ years of hands-on experience in software development delivering high-quality solutions.
Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL with a solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming principles.
Experience building data-driven products at terabyte scale and designing enterprise-level secure data platforms.
Ability to translate technical requirements into robust architecture, data models, and ETL strategies.
Practical experience with cloud-based relational and non-relational databases and knowledge of BI tools like Power BI.
Understanding of AI technologies and hands-on experience leveraging AI tooling in development.
Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, AWS/Azure, NoSQL, or Kafka (preferred).
