What you'll do

Leverage data visualization and observability techniques to enhance threat detection and incident response.
Integrate security protocols into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure compliance with DoD and IC standards.
Manage the end-to-end process for ingesting, parsing, and normalizing new security data sources into the SIEM.
Build automated processes to enrich raw security data with geolocation, threat intelligence, and user role information.
Implement monitoring and alerting to ensure the health and timeliness of security data pipelines.
Optimize data architecture for fast search and query performance against large volumes of data.

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience in an ISSE, ISSO, or IT role.
Experience designing and managing end-to-end processes for ingesting security data sources into SIEMs like Elasticsearch.
Experience with data parsing, normalization, and owning data schemas such as Elastic Common Schema (ECS).
Experience building automated processes to enrich raw security data with geolocation, threat intelligence, or user role information.
Experience implementing monitoring and alerting to ensure the health and timeliness of security data pipelines.
Ability to optimize data architecture for fast search and query performance against large volumes of data.
HS diploma or GED.
TS/SCI clearance.
