What you'll do

Lead and provide expert guidance on hardware deployments and diagnostics for Microsoft's online services infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with Data Center Services policies and procedures by monitoring and correcting technician performance.
Escalate issues through appropriate channels, follow up on resolution, and share knowledge related to issue resolution.
Review process changes to evaluate impact on service execution and communicate relevant information to stakeholders.
Conduct daily safety briefings and ensure technicians comply with all safety procedures in the data center environment.

What we're looking for

At least 3 years of experience supporting IT equipment or in a technical team.
1 year of experience managing or supervising others.
Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Proven ability to ensure compliance with data center policies and procedures.
Experience working in a production, mission-critical 24x7x365 data center environment.
Strong leadership skills for conducting team meetings and prioritizing work.
