What you'll do

  • Oversees and assigns tasks to technicians to ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Trains technicians on installation, deployment, replacement, and quality check procedures.
  • Investigates root causes of issues impacting service levels and implements corrective actions.
  • Ensures team adherence to safety protocols and promotes a culture of safety awareness.
  • Monitors and reports trends in service metrics to support intelligence analysis and improvements.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
  • 1+ year of experience directing, supervising, or managing others.
  • Government Top Secret Security Clearance required.
  • Experience working in a production, mission-critical 24x7 datacenter environment.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and components.
  • Preferred: Associates degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred: Leadership experience with diverse technical teams up to ten employees.
