  • Ensure SLA adherence in deployment and maintenance activities across multiple sites.
  • Provide quality control for IT maintenance support activities at datacenters.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
  • Technical college degree or certification in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities for data analysis.
  • Experience in a 24x7x365 production environment or similar setting.
  • Knowledge of physical enterprise-class IT infrastructures.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks autonomously.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
