What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Data Center infrastructure operations or networking.
- Master's or PhD in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field required.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a relevant industry environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of Data Center and network infrastructure connectivity.
- Proven leadership with managing and developing engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
