What you'll do

Develop new methods for combining and analyzing data structures to derive actionable insights.
Implement business process automation to improve operational productivity.
Apply generative AI foundation models across various applications and the Enterprise Data & AI platform.
Utilize specialized tools including watsonx, Watson Orchestrate, Cognos, Tririga, Maximo, and Envizi.
Communicate with internal clients to identify business needs and provide analytical solutions.
Perform quantitative analysis to support data-driven decision-making across the real estate portfolio.
Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical models for various use cases.
Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues within an agile development environment.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Knowledge of data migration, data warehousing, and database server connectivity/usability testing.
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Java, Python, SQL, and R.
Ability to perform quantitative analysis to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience developing and maintaining data models, algorithms, and statistical models.
Understanding of AGILE practices and basic knowledge of foundation models and generative AI.
3 months experience with JavaScript, Python, R, SQL, APIs, cloud technologies, and visualization tools (preferred).
