What you'll do

Develop data pipelines to ingest, transform, validate, and model structured and unstructured data.
Build client-ready data products, APIs, and retrieval assets using modern cloud platforms.
Write efficient, reusable code for analytics, RAG, and agentic AI solution components.
Use Python, SQL, and ETL/ELT tools to convert raw data into reliable, AI-ready assets.
Apply data modeling, quality checks, and governance practices to solve client challenges.
Explain data flows, lineage, and technical recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Implement responsible AI practices and data observability within various industry projects.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Currently pursuing a quantitative or technical degree in fields like Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
Familiarity with programming or query languages such as Python, SQL, Java, Scala, or JavaScript.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Experience with ETL/ELT projects, data warehouse design, or data governance (preferred).
Exposure to data engineering tools like Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Databricks, Snowflake, or AI frameworks like LangChain (preferred).
