Data Analytics, Product Lifecycle Operations

What you'll do

• Architect and drive the technical roadmap connecting enterprise systems like ERP and PLM with tactical tools like Jira.
• Build and deploy custom dashboards and analytical tools for divisional product teams and senior leadership.
• Translate operational questions into metrics and analyses that inform executive decision-making.
• Integrate disparate data streams across Growth, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to drive measurable outcomes.
• Develop tailored analytics solutions that provide a consolidated view of datasets for centralized executive reporting.
• Create scrappy, quickly adoptable data solutions and iterate on them based on stakeholder feedback.
• Partner cross-functionally to align tools, taxonomies, and ontologies across the corporate tech stack.
• Facilitate documentation and knowledge transfer to ensure architecture decisions and dependencies remain accessible.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, software engineering, management information systems, or a similar field.
• Direct coding experience using Python, SQL, React, TypeScript, or similar languages.
• Deep understanding of data stack tools such as Palantir Foundry or Databricks.
• Direct experience owning, leading, and driving adoption of user-facing applications and associated processes.
• Proven track record of leveraging technical data to solve business problems.
• Demonstrated technical autonomy from roadmap definition to solution rollout and sustainment.
• Proven ability to execute operationally while also being able to think strategically.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
