JOB TITLE: Data Analytics - Operations The Data Analyst joins the Data Intelligence team within WCIB Operations to transform complex data into actionable insights that improve operational performance. In this role, you will analyze large datasets to uncover trends, design innovative reporting solutions, and develop dashboards that influence strategic business decisions. You will partner directly with business leaders to solve complex challenges, present findings to senior leadership, and ensure data quality and governance standards are met. The position requires hands-on experience with SQL, Alteryx, DOMO, and Excel. Candidates should also possess knowledge of AWS, Azure, Snowflake, or Google Cloud. You will manage multiple analytics initiatives, focusing on automation and data visualization to drive measurable business results and improve overall operational strategy.

What you'll do

  • Analyze complex data sets to uncover insights that drive strategic business decisions.
  • Design and develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics tools using SQL, DOMO, and Alteryx.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Manage multiple analytics initiatives while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to corporate governance standards.
  • Improve reporting processes and identify specific opportunities for automation.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must not hold any type of Visa.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Three to four years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Alteryx, DOMO, SQL, and Excel (preferred).
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Snowflake, or Google Cloud (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (preferred).
  • Experience presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders (preferred).
