Cyber Fusion Operations Analyst

What you'll do

• Design and coordinate cyber tabletop exercises using threat-intelligence-driven scenarios.
• Facilitate exercises and produce after-action reports to track and close lessons learned.
• Collect, validate, and analyze operational security metrics to identify trends and data quality issues.
• Build and maintain recurring reporting dashboards for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Automate metric collection and reporting processes to improve accuracy and repeatability.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures, runbooks, playbooks, and the knowledge base.
• Support response efforts for cyber threats identified by the Global Cybersecurity Fusion teams.
• Review the categorization and prioritization of security reports based on emerging cyber risks.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years in a cybersecurity skilled role such as Security Operations, Vulnerability Management, Threat Hunting, Cyber Threat Intelligence, or Offensive Security (preferred).
• Experience with enterprise security tools including SIEM (Splunk), EDR (CrowdStrike, CarbonBlack, or Tanium), and Vulnerability Management (Qualys, Tenable, or Rapid7).
• Experience with cloud security platforms such as AWS or Azure and common enterprise SaaS applications.
• Knowledge of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, risk management processes, and IT architecture (computing, network, storage, and cloud).
• Strong communication skills to develop reports and articulate findings both in person and in writing.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
• Experience with scripting for data analysis such as Python or SQL (preferred).
• Technical security certifications such as CISSP or Security+ (preferred).
• Financial Services experience (preferred).
