The Cyber Analyst Principal joins the Governance, Risk, and Compliance program to support mission-critical systems for a commercial cloud service provider. Reporting to the Information System Security Manager and Cyber Lead, this role involves managing the full Intel Community Risk Management Framework lifecycle for classified commercial cloud services and cross domain solutions. Key responsibilities include performing security engineering, system hardening, security control assessments, auditing, and continuous monitoring. The professional will maintain evidence for Assessment and Authorization packages, identify vulnerabilities related to scans and STIGs, and coordinate penetration testing. Required expertise includes the NIST SP 800 series, specifically 800-37, 800-53, and 800-30, along with experience as an ISSO or ISSM supporting ATOs under ICD 503 policies. Candidates must possess a TS/SCI with Polygraph.

What you'll do

  • Execute Assessment & Authorization (A&A) for classified commercial cloud services and Cross Domain Solutions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive body of evidence to support RMF lifecycle authorizations.
  • Support monthly and overall IC Continuous Monitoring requirements.
  • Identify and assess vulnerabilities related to scans, STIGs, and security controls.
  • Prepare for and execute security control audits, traditional security reviews, and formal inspections.
  • Review artifacts, logs, and system configurations to ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Coordinate and participate in security testing and penetration testing to validate system security posture.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must possess a current and active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
  • Must be DoD 8140 / 8570.01-M compliant.
  • Must have a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must have 5+ years of related experience.
  • Must have expert-level knowledge of the NIST SP 800 series and risk management principles.
  • Must have progressive experience in information assurance and cybersecurity roles.
  • Security clearance level: Must possess a current and active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
