What you'll do
Drive the detailed IT cutover strategy for multiple workstreams including infrastructure and software systems.
Lead technical cutover for automated sites, ensuring seamless integration between WMS, WCS, and MHE.
Adapt cutover plans to manage unique risks of existing vs. new distribution center launches.
Coordinate teams to define critical dependencies and develop comprehensive Go/No-Go checklists.
Plan and conduct mock cutovers to validate runbooks and optimize final deployment plans.
Manage go-live execution, orchestrating activities of all involved parties for business continuity.
Develop detailed contingency and rollback manuals for technical reversals or workarounds.
What we're looking for
10+ years of IT delivery experience with a focus on large-scale transformation program go-lives.
Extensive cutover execution experience in warehouse environments, preferably with Manhattan Active WMS or WMOS.
Proven hands-on leadership in deployments, mock cutovers, hypercare, and transition to run.
Strong automation integration experience with MHE/WCS/WES systems during live cutover.
Expertise in leading geographically distributed cross-functional teams effectively.
Familiarity with Manhattan Active, SAP, and modern integration patterns required.
Experience using AI/automation tools for enhanced cutover planning and deployment productivity.
