- Act as the Execution Shield, managing external queries and minimizing mid-sprint scope changes for engineering teams.
- Ensure 90% of features entering development have documented validation demonstrating value and usability.
- Proactively identify cross-team dependencies and secure commitments from other groups to ensure smooth product delivery.
