What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, IT, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on technical experience with facility cooling and electrical systems.
  • 2+ years of training delivery and readiness operations experience or project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze and represent training data effectively.
  • Experience using AI technologies in workstreams.
  • Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification.
