What we're looking for

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of relevant finance experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience managing direct reports with coaching and development skills.
  • 5+ years’ experience in finance roles within multinationals.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and executive storytelling skills.
  • Demonstrated change management capability and process improvement track record.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI technology and willingness to build understanding.
  • 3+ years’ work experience in the technology industry.
