As a Core Agent Engineer, you will join the team developing an AI-native experience that integrates generative models and creative intelligence across desktop, mobile, and web platforms. You will be responsible for the full-stack buildout of agentic systems, including LLM integration, reasoning layers, API surfaces, and client runtimes. Your daily work involves building production-ready infrastructure for model orchestration, tool use, multi-step task execution, and context management while establishing evaluation frameworks to measure behavior. You will utilize specific tools like Claude Code and Codex to champion AI-assisted engineering practices. The role requires proficiency in prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and managing the operational realities of LLM-backed systems. You will solve complex technical challenges regarding agentic reasoning patterns and infrastructure to deliver a reliable, high-quality product for a large, diverse audience of creators.
Implement full-stack features including LLM integration, agentic reasoning layers, API surfaces, and multi-platform delivery for web, mobile, and desktop.
Translate prototype capabilities into robust, scalable, and maintainable production systems that meet high quality and reliability standards.
Develop core agentic components such as model orchestration, tool use, multi-step task execution, and context management.
Build and maintain evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and feedback loops to measure agent behavior and catch regressions.
Champion AI-assisted engineering practices by integrating tools like Claude Code and Codex into the development workflow.
Develop developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure to support rapid iteration in an AI-centric environment.
Evaluate new LLM models and frameworks to provide technical recommendations on adoption and integration.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet security, data protection, and scalability requirements.
What we're looking for
Experience with large language models including LLM APIs, prompt engineering, context window management, and retrieval-augmented generation.
Proven experience building and shipping agentic systems involving tool use, multi-step reasoning, and orchestration frameworks.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
Full-stack engineering depth to contribute across backend services, client SDKs, and platform-specific integrations for desktop, mobile, and web.
Ability to write high-quality, production-ready code with a focus on testing and development ergonomics.
Strong communication skills to discuss technical tradeoffs with product leads and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience collaborating across functional teams including product, design, infrastructure, and security.
Familiarity with the quality, trust, and reliability requirements of shipping AI features for large consumer and enterprise audiences.
