What you'll do

  • Develop and manage an enhanced control framework for Consumer & Community Bank Finance.

  • Define KPIs/KRIs to support risk decisions and enhance governance routines.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of Compliance and Operational Risk Evaluation (CORE) programs.
  • Facilitate change management processes for legal, policy, and procedural changes.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Director or equivalent in financial services.
  • Demonstrated leadership of diverse teams with at least 5 employees.
  • Experience in technology audit or risk management within financial services.
  • Proficient knowledge of technology risk and internal controls, including integrated business-and-technology context evaluation.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess control weaknesses and prioritize risks.
  • Capability to leverage AI/ML for risk management and automation for efficiency.
  • Professional certification such as CISA, CISSP, or CIA.
