Executive Operations, CEO Office

What you'll do

• Manage the CEO’s calendar to prioritize high-leverage activities.
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, including VIP visits.
• Prepare executive materials and communications for leadership briefs.
• Track progress on strategic projects and ensure timely follow-through.
• Develop new processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Arrange seamless travel itineraries for the CEO both domestically and internationally.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive communications and documents.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of relevant experience in high-tech, fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to establish standard operating procedures in a startup or similar setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing competing priorities.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and functions efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior leaders and external parties.
• Capability to handle confidential communications professionally and maintain discretion.
