What you'll do

  • Define and execute the advisor service strategy to drive adoption of the ConnectWealth platform and investment solutions.
  • Establish governance for tracking, analyzing, and prioritizing advisor feedback, platform defects, and operational pain points.
  • Act as a product owner for the case inquiry management tool, overseeing its roadmap, requirements, and automation capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver scalable training and enablement programs for advisors, business development consultants, and service teams.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point to resolve complex advisor inquiries by coordinating across product, operations, and technology teams.
  • Translate service metrics and inquiry trends into actionable insights for platform improvements and targeted education.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of case management tools, including testing, implementation, and change management.
  • Represent the voice of advisors in cross-functional planning to influence platform roadmap and resource decisions.

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, operations, product management, platform support, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of managed investment products, advisory platforms, advisor workflows, or wealth management operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to define strategy and lead complex initiatives end-to-end while delivering measurable outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Executive-level verbal and written communication skills to synthesize complex information and influence senior leaders.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills to establish accountability and resolve competing priorities across product, operations, technology, and service organizations.
  • Strong product, program, or project leadership experience including requirements definition, roadmap prioritization, governance, risk management, testing, and change adoption.
  • Advanced analytical skills using data and service metrics to identify trends and guide investment decisions.
  • Experience supporting advisors, leading platform operations, managing products, or driving service transformation in wealth management (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred).
