What you'll do

  • Define and review CommIC product test coverage at NPI and sustaining phases.
  • Drive optimization of testing for quality, cost, efficiency, and risk in the technical ecosystem.
  • Lead corrective actions for quality issues stemming from customer and manufacturing events.
  • Escalate component failures to drive analysis, containment, and resolution with engineering teams.
  • Regularly assess and review CommIC supplier performance on technology, yield, DPPM, service.

What we're looking for

  • Requires MSEE or equivalent plus 5+ years of semiconductor development experience
  • Extensive knowledge in semiconductor device physics, fabrication process, design, manufacturing, test, assembly, failure modes, quality, and reliability
  • At least 4 years of CommIC design, testing, and engineering experience supporting large complex systems in high-speed networking environments
  • Experience with Linux or FreeBSD platforms and both die-level and packaged-part products
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate complex technical issues effectively, and work closely with senior management
  • Passionate about data-driven results and influencing key business strategies with significant worldwide impact
