Command & Control Systems Platform and Infrastructure Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, deploy, and harden containerized infrastructure for command and control systems across cloud and tactical edge environments.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters at production scale, including deployment, day-two operations, upgrades, and security hardening.
• Build and maintain CI/CD and GitOps pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or Flux.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible.
• Deploy and manage observability stacks including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry.
• Engineer resilient, automated platform designs based on specific mission and reliability requirements.
• Develop and maintain systems for secure, air-gapped, and disconnected (DDIL) environments.
• Lead technical teams to deliver infrastructure solutions that modernize legacy platforms and new applications.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure or platform engineering with technical leadership on production systems.
• Experience operating Kubernetes at production scale including deployment, day-2 operations, and security hardening.
• Experience with CI/CD and GitOps pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or Flux.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience implementing observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry.
• Experience designing systems for secure, air-gapped, or DDIL environments.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 6+ years of experience maintaining mission-critical C2 platforms.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II Security+ CE certification.
