What you'll do

Develop and maintain SQL-based data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from enterprise warehouses.
Build semantic models and views within Snowflake to enable advanced self-service analytics.
Translate end-user needs into well-structured data for reporting, advanced analytics, and AI modeling.
Monitor data systems and implement enhancements to improve performance and efficiency.
Coordinate with IT teams to ensure secure and seamless data flow across all systems.
Experiment with new data engineering techniques and tools to drive innovation in the department.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar technical role.
Expertise in SQL and ETL tools for data transformation and warehouse management.
Experience working with Snowflake is required.
Understanding of Python, R, or other scripting languages.
Familiarity with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
Experience in Biotech, Medical Device, Medtech, or Life Sciences is a plus.
