As a Technical Support Engineer with a growing focus on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) within a dynamic SaaS environment at Alibaba Cloud, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and scaling an AI Security Public SaaS platform that handles large-scale AI inference workloads. Your day-to-day responsibilities include proactive monitoring to ensure high availability, providing technical support for customer inquiries, collaborating with development teams to improve reliability through automation and continuous improvement, and implementing SRE best practices such as enhanced monitoring and alerting systems. You will need a strong background in SaaS environments, preferably on AWS, proficiency in scripting languages like Python, and experience with web technologies and ticketing systems. Familiarity with tools like Prometheus for observability and Terraform for configuration management is preferred, along with solid networking and database knowledge. This role offers the opportunity to work at scale within a rapidly evolving AI security domain.
Monitor SaaS application metrics to proactively prevent service disruptions.
Serve as primary point of contact for technical customer inquiries and issues.
Analyze incident reports to provide actionable insights to engineering teams.

Contribute to building scalable infrastructure to support AI inference workloads.
What we're looking for
1-3+ years of experience in technical support or related field.
Strong understanding of SaaS environments and cloud-based architectures (preferably AWS).
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python.
Solid understanding of web technologies including HTTP, REST APIs, JSON.
Experience working with ticketing systems and monitoring tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
