What you'll do
Drive positive customer satisfaction by leveraging expertise in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Develop opportunities to increase Microsoft technology usage through implementation advisory and performance efficiency.
Identify and resolve technical issues blocking the go-live of customer success projects.
Engage with relevant communities to share expertise and accelerate customers' transformation journey.
Provide deep technical insights and guide architectural design sessions for business solutions.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 2 years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies.
At least 4 years of experience working in a customer-facing role, leading technical projects.
Demonstrable production deployments using Copilot Studio with customization, troubleshooting, and deployment skills.
Extensive experience customizing, tuning, and deploying Dynamics 365 CE Solutions or Microsoft Power Platform.
Deep knowledge of AI Business Process solutions and ability to drive value from Microsoft technology investments.
