Cloud Platform Engineer, AuthN/Z

What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and monitor automated solutions for managing CIAM at scale for workforce, customers, and partners.
• Evolve identity lifecycle management processes for both human users and automation accounts.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to strengthen authentication methods.
• Test and operationalize new features available on existing platforms.
• Fine-tune advanced security features such as Conditional Access Policies and Customer Authentication Extensions.
• Manage third-party vendor engagements, including auditors and penetration testers.
• Identify gaps in technology and processes while participating in projects to enhance overall cloud security.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience managing enterprise cloud and/or infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with customer identity and access management (CIAM) in a regulated SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in developing automated solutions using Python and/or PowerShell.
• Practical understanding of core identity technologies including AD, Entra ID, and Privileged Access Management.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts and drive decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience with infrastructure systems, security assessments, and security processes (preferred).
