What you'll do

Lead end-to-end product delivery processes from intake through closure with measurable outcomes.
Execute backlog planning and prioritization by translating aggregate demand into actionable plans with clear commitments.
Mitigate delivery risks by coordinating security issue triage, resolution tracking, and early escalation of blockers.
Drive feasibility decision-making by synthesizing resource availability, technical constraints, and stakeholder requirements.
Report product performance using transparent metrics and dashboards for predictability, throughput, and SLA adherence.
Automate process optimization through scripting workflows and leveraging Copilot in VS Code for data manipulation.
Manage CFS-wide resource allocation data in shared systems to maintain accuracy and auditability.
Administer backlog management practices in Jira to improve hygiene, traceability, and ticket quality.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in product delivery, program delivery, or a closely related domain.
Demonstrated track record of implementing continuous improvement processes measured through delivery KPIs.
Experience in product or platform-wide release management, including deployment processes and delivery strategies.
Ability to lead end-to-end intake and planning workflows, including demand shaping, prioritization, and dependency management.
Proven capability to manage delivery risk, including security/risk issue tracking, escalation, and mitigation planning.
Proficiency with agile tooling and backlog operations, such as Jira, for planning workflows and reporting.
Experience managing and maintaining resource allocation data with accuracy and operational rigor.
Understanding of public cloud providers, with AWS required and Azure and/or GCP exposure.
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics (preferred).
Proficiency using Copilot in VS Code to implement scripts for data manipulation and visualization (preferred).
