Cloud AWS Support Reliability Engineer (SRE)

What you'll do

• Maintain and set up AWS infrastructure for business applications.
• Implement observability and monitoring to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Write Terraform code to install custom applications and COTS tools in AWS.
• Troubleshoot application issues to resolve incidents and enhance resiliency.
• Create CI/CD pipelines in GitLab to automate deployment processes in AWS.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical product support and incident resolution.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated proficiency in writing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Terraform IaC for AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
• Extensive knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, S3, EKS, RDS, VPC, and monitoring tools like Grafana and CloudWatch.
• Understanding of AWS IAM concepts, encryption, key management, and vulnerability management.
• Hands-on experience with containerized middleware (e.g., NGINX, JBoss) and knowledge of DevSecOps methodologies.
• Solid foundations in DevOps principles, including incident management and remediation processes.
• Technical writing skills for creating run books, procedural manuals, and support documentation.
