Collaborate with development teams to ensure new systems meet Production standards during various stages of application development.
Document troubleshooting steps and produce guidance documentation, standards, and training materials for support-related activities.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5–7 years of experience developing or supporting enterprise applications
3–5 years leading a small-to-medium team with similar skill sets
Strong analytical skills for problem determination and resolution processes
Hands-on scripting experience with Python, Java, and administrative competence in major programming languages
Experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, S3, Fargate, Aurora, Lambda
BS/MS degree preferably in Computer Science or related quantitative discipline
Willingness to embrace Agile practices and DevOps/SRE concepts
