The Client Project Manager joins the team to deliver Enterprise Payments Platform projects for a global client base. This role involves structuring project delivery, coordinating cross-functional contributors, and maintaining client alignment from initiation through implementation. You will act as the product face to the client, translating needs into technical requirements while managing scope, change control, resource planning, timelines, risks, and financial tracking. Key responsibilities include defining project plans, milestones, and governance routines while leading commercial activities like budget tracking and forecasting. You will utilize project management tools such as Clarity and Jira to oversee the software development lifecycle, including design, build, test, quality assurance, and implementation. This position solves complex payment delivery problems by ensuring projects meet agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

What we're looking for
6+ years of experience managing complex, client-facing technology projects with defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality measures.
6+ years of experience delivering software projects across the software development lifecycle, including design, build, test, quality assurance, and implementation.
6+ years of experience managing project scope, change control, resources, timelines, risks, and financial tracking for fixed-price or high-value projects.
4+ years of experience communicating project status, risks, and decisions to senior business stakeholders and technical teams.
4+ years of experience using project management tools such as Clarity, Jira, or similar project tracking platforms.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, technology, project management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, or military experience.
Must possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services industry (preferred); experience supporting Enterprise Payments Platform implementations (preferred); PMP or similar certification (preferred).
