What we're looking for

  • Minimum 7 years professional engineering/technical experience
  • At least 5 years in embedded control system development
  • Proven track record in chassis controls vehicle fleet management
  • Successful project execution and leadership across multiple functions
  • Expertise in managing test facilities and proving grounds for advanced testing
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to operate test vehicles
  • Experience leading agile teams developing or testing embedded systems
