  • Provide regular updates on risks and concerns to relevant stakeholders within CB Change team.
  • Monitor processes for improvement opportunities and support new method adoption.
  • Maintain expertise in supported applications and guide execution of assigned tasks.

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrated ability to work with large and complex data sets efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills for articulating changes, risks, and decisions.
  • Experience supporting Change Advisory Board processes in a structured environment.
  • Familiarity with Change Management or Release Management practices.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow and IT infrastructure concepts.
  • Exposure to cloud environments and deployment practices.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins, Splunk, Grafana, or AppDynamics.
