What you'll do

Provide technical and business support for users of Citi Applications.
Advise and coach new or lower-level analysts in the team.

Contribute to onboarding next-generation reconciliation platform ONEREC and Strategic Reporting.
Work with Operations, Development teams to resolve issues promptly and communicate effectively.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in an Application Support role.
Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders effectively.
Proficiency in Linux and Unix shell scripting.
Experience with SQL and relational database management systems (RDBMS).
Knowledge of Python or PERL for scripting and automation tasks.
Familiarity with Hadoop, Hive, Kafka, MQ, TIBCO, and other relevant technologies.
