What you'll do

Design and implement the RF firmware architecture for mobile wireless communication systems.
Develop and optimize RF processing algorithms for transceivers and front-end components in cellular systems.
Implement device drivers and control software with precise timing requirements for RF hardware.
Collaborate with silicon designers to define transceiver architecture and software computing requirements.
Optimize power consumption for all RF circuitry within the cellular system.
Develop and maintain Python and shell scripts for cellular verification infrastructure.
Debug embedded software systems using JTAG, ETM Trace tools, and RTL simulation environments.

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Science degree and at least 10 years of relevant industry experience.
Expertise in low-level programming using C++, C, and assembler for embedded systems.
Proficiency in 32-bit micro-controllers, ISR, real-time processing, and managing limited resources.
Strong skills in computer architecture and HW/SW co-verification.
Proficiency in Python and shell scripting to develop infrastructure and verification libraries.
Ability to debug embedded software systems using JTAG and ETM Trace tools.
Experience with compilers and build files such as Make or CMake (preferred).
Experience debugging via RTL simulation, SystemC environments, and improving Linux/MacOS development tools (preferred).
